Aqua Marine Medical Centre & Skin Clinic

MK Renton aka WG Bassett. Initially I was given the impression that this practice bulk billed patients with DVA cards or pension cards like old aged people and my 'category'- 'Disability'. Things started to wobble after my third appointment when there was 'talk' of ne paying from the fourth app. onwards. After some clarification this decision was rescinded. When i returned home i phoned to once again confirm that 8 would be bulk billed and the receptionist said yes that's correct. When i phoned today however it was brought to my attention that i had received more than my three bulk billing appointments. I reminded the receptionist that i was on the Disability Support Pension. She persisted by asking me if i was working. It was at this point my confidence in this practice was eroded abd i told the receptionist that i would go to a proper bulk billing doctor.(The one inside Terry White at Victoria Point shops). I felt instantly at ease.
It's a shame in a way as Dr Cornelius and 7 had struck up a reasonable rapport.
Ah well.

I have seen Dr Marina with some long time unresolved issues and her strategy and help was exceptional in every respect , great receptionists, nurses , can recommend to anybody if you are looking for a great family doctor Tina Simpson
